Entering the world of Divorce, Breakup and Child arrangements is understandably a daunting one. Emotions are running high, you feel vulnerable about how the future looks, and if children are involved, how can you minimise the impact on the most important people in your life?
Being a good parent isn’t easy under normal circumstances, but when you find yourself thrown into this new world, having a Clear View coach alongside you every step of the way is not only desirable, but a necessity. We will reduce the impact of becoming a single parent.
Our Clear View coaches will work with you to develop your own strategies and help create, through our vast experience and networks, an outcome for you and your children that is positive and healthy.
Child arrangements
We will help you develop your own parenting plans, keeping them child focused and allowing you to co-parent in a way that you may feel is impossible right now. There is no hurdle that our Clear View coaches cannot get over when it comes child arrangements, whether it be a parent refusing to get involved, a parent not being allowed to get involved, or simply a challenging work pattern for the parents to work around. Our coaches will help you consider situations that are ever present, but ones that you are very unlikely to have considered. Our aim is that your children will be able to look back in years to come knowing that Mum and Dad did the best they could for them.
Your Clear View coach can also support you with any paperwork that may be required for court, such as a c100 and position statements.

Divorce Process
Our Clear View coach will walk you through, step by step every stage of the process. They will allow you to understand what can be a daunting process, without the need for a solicitor. We will reduce the time you have to spend navigating the divorce process. Whether you are the applicant, respondent, or you are applying jointly, our coaches will be with you from point of application to the conditional order stage and then onto the final order stage.
As part of the divorce process, you will be required to complete financial disclosure. You are already dealing with so much, the thought of having to deal with financial matters as well can sometimes be the straw that breaks the camel’s back. Our Clear View Coaches can help you
work through this process, and with their eye for detail you can have confidence that nothing will be missed, and you will be in the best position to achieve the right financial outcome for you.
Your Clear View coach can also support you with any paperwork that may be required for court, such as a Form E and D81.

Can I have both, a Coach and Mediator?
If you employ a Clear View Coach to support you on your entire journey, that does not mean that you cannot use the mediation process during your separation. In fact, having a coach will help you understand and be prepared far better, which in turn should allow you to get even more from the mediation process.

Costs
The financial cost of a mentor is a fraction of the cost of a solicitor. Each situation is bespoke, but on average you will get 4 hours of coaching for the same cost as just one hour of a solicitor’s time.
